These terms govern your use of estatecinematics.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern any film we produce for a client — that is agreed separately, in writing, for each project.
This site is operated by Shulis Cut Ltd, trading as Estate Cinematics. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15103282, with our registered office at 5 North End Road, London, England, NW11 7RJ.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check it when you return to the site.
3.1 The site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it without notice.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.
3.3 You may view, and print or download extracts of, pages of this site for your own reference. You must not modify anything you have printed or downloaded, and you must not use any illustration, photograph, video or audio separately from the text that accompanies it.

These rights are protected by copyright and other laws around the world. All rights are reserved.
4.2 The films on this site are works we produced. Copyright in them belongs to us, and showing our own work is part of how we win new work. Where a film shows a property, an organisation or people, it is shown as part of our portfolio in the ordinary way. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use that material.
If you appear in one of our films, or you are the owner or occupier of a property shown, and you would rather it were not here, email info@estatecinematics.com and we will take it down.
4.3 Except as permitted by clause 3.3, you must not without our prior written consent:

Please do not send confidential information through the site's enquiry form. If a project is confidential, tell us and we will agree a suitable route.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
