The cinematic experience

Every space has something to say. Our job is to make it resonate with the people it's meant for.

Property Films

Residential, Commercial, Luxury developments

From a single listing to a full development. A buyer decides in the first few seconds whether a property is worth their afternoon. The film shows them enough to want it, and not enough to feel they've already seen it — that gap is what gets them to the viewing.

Hospitality Films

Hotels, restaurants, lifestyle brands

A guest's trust begins long before they arrive. The film carries what a photograph can't — how the room sounds at breakfast, how the staff move, how the light falls at seven in the evening. That is what people book.

Portfolio Films

Interior designers, architects, new builds, portfolios

Architects and interior designers are hired on trust. A portfolio film shows how you think — the closest a client gets to working with you before they've hired you.

Brand Films

Care homes, lifestyle communities, campaigns

Film is how people experience you before they ever meet you — the care as it happens, a genuine smile on a resident's face, what a day there really looks like. That's what people trust.

By the time people decide, it's already decided.
Perception runs ahead of information.
People form a feeling first, then look for the reasons afterwards.
Film is how you get there before the reasons do.

We start with the decision we need someone to make.

Before a single shot is planned, we work out what makes this space and you, as the agent, developer, designer or brand worth remembering.

Documenting the space is the easy half. The film has to make you the obvious call for the right people.

We build the production around your brand

Once we understand who we are speaking to, we shape the story around them.

Sometimes that is through a script. Sometimes through narration. Sometimes through the journey of the film itself.

Every decision is made to shape perception.

The film outlives the project.

The film was never only about the space.
It is built to continue working for your brand after the property has sold, after the season has changed, after the campaign has ended.

Use it to:
- Attract higher-value clients and customers
- Give people confidence before they enquire
- Strengthen your marketing
- Build authority in your industry
- Create momentum for what comes next

One showcase should not lead to one sale.

It should put the right work in front of the right people and create the next five opportunities.

Estate Cinematics pioneered real estate cinematography in the UK.

The founding idea was simple: the calibre of the marketing should never fall short of the calibre of the property itself. World-class spaces deserve world-class films.

That principle has widened well beyond property. The ambition hasn't changed to bring that calibre of filmmaking to this country, and to set the standard for it. Out of that came The Cinematic Experience.

Shuli Ashkenazi founded Estate Cinematics and directs every project personally. He came to it through property before film, which is why the work is built to communicate rather than to impress. Nothing leaves the studio he hasn't shaped.

When a space is filmed properly, people believe in it before they ever set foot inside. That's the whole job.
