Every project starts with the same question, before a single frame gets shot: who is this actually for? With Victor Harris on this one, the honest answer was, it could be anyone. The location in Battersea was strong enough to work as a medical space, a restaurant, a wellness studio, a tech showroom, or a gallery. The space itself, at the time, was completely bare. That answer became the whole concept for the film. This was right as AI video was starting to surface in real estate, and almost nobody in London was using it yet. We used it to redecorate the same empty room, once for every use Victor described, so the exact same four walls could look like a completely different business each time.
A bare commercial space, and everything it could become

It wasn't just there to impress different types of clients. It was there to make people from entirely different industries look at one bare room and immediately picture themselves in it. The other half of the brief was the location itself. Battersea isn't fully on the map yet, but a new train station, the American Embassy, and a wave of new development are already pointing at where it's heading. We scored the film with jazz swing rather than anything electronic, because the vibe needed to feel like a city on the way up, not a party. And running through all of it was Victor, positioned exactly as the kind of commercial agent you'd want handling a space with this much potential. Produced for Victor Harris.
